Chinese Interpretation at Our Gangnam Clinic

If you're planning dermatology treatment in Seoul and need Chinese-language support, check first whether interpretation staff are on site and whether you can book through the messenger app you already use. Our Gangnam clinic answers both.

If you are looking for a Seoul dermatology clinic with Chinese-language support, the two things worth confirming before you book are whether interpretation staff are actually on site, and whether you can reserve through a messenger app you already use abroad. Our Gangnam clinic has Japanese, Chinese, and English-speaking interpretation staff, and we take reservations through KakaoTalk, LINE, and WeChat two to three days before your visit.

Chinese Interpretation at Our Gangnam Clinic

Hello, I'm Kim Yeonjin, director of UH CELL Clinic's Gangnam location. When patients from the Chinese-speaking region look for a clinic in Seoul, I suggest checking whether you can actually receive your explanation in Chinese before you focus on a specific procedure name. A diagnosis and a treatment plan only mean something if you understand them accurately, so the consultation itself is where this matters most.

Interpretation covers consultation and consent, not just greetings

Our Gangnam clinic is located on the second floor of UH FLAT SIGNATURE Gangnam. We have Japanese, Chinese, and English-speaking interpretation staff on site, so you can go through your skin assessment and your treatment consent details in Chinese rather than relying on translation apps mid-consultation. Treatment itself takes place in a private room.

Book through the messenger app you already use

Our website's FAQ for the Gangnam location recommends booking online through KakaoTalk, LINE, or WeChat at least two to three days before your visit. If you need a same-day appointment, reach out through the same channel and we will let you know what time is available. Clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 to 20:00, and Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00, with no lunch break.

What to include in your booking message

A few details in your first message help us prepare a realistic plan before you arrive:

  • Which interpretation language you need, and your preferred time of day
  • Your dates in Seoul and your return date
  • Any medications you're taking, known allergies, and recent treatments elsewhere

The shorter your stay, the more a treatment plan needs to account for downtime rather than the procedure alone. Telling us your return date in advance lets us think through a schedule that fits comfortably inside your trip.

Skin response and recovery time vary by individual. Please discuss the exact diagnosis and treatment plan with a physician during your consultation.

FAQ

Does the Gangnam clinic have staff who speak Chinese? Yes. Japanese, Chinese, and English-speaking interpretation staff are on site at our Gangnam location, and they support consultation and treatment-consent conversations in those languages.

How far in advance should I book if I'm visiting from abroad? We recommend booking through KakaoTalk, LINE, or WeChat about two to three days before your visit. If you need a same-day appointment, message us through the same channel and we'll confirm available times.

What should I send in my first message? Let us know which interpretation language you need, your preferred visit time, your dates in Seoul, your return date, and any medications, allergies, or recent treatments, so we can plan around your downtime and schedule.
