Director Kim Kyungsoo explains comfort, immediate response, and safe treatment planning

AllTight lifting consultation

Low pain can sound like the most attractive feature in a lifting consultation. As a physician, however, I do not select a device by comfort alone. AllTight is still a medical thermal-energy procedure, so treatment design must follow facial anatomy and the patient’s goal.

Pain and efficacy are not the same scale

More pain does not guarantee a better result, and comfort does not mean insufficient energy. Cooling, treatment depth, output, and the number of passes all affect sensation. I monitor tissue response and treat conservatively where hollowing is a concern.

Immediate tightening and gradual change differ

The contour may look cleaner immediately because of thermal contraction and temporary fluid changes. Later improvement depends on collagen remodeling and individual healing. No single session should be presented as a complete solution for every type of laxity.

One setting does not fit the whole face

The jawline, submental area, front cheek, and lateral cheek have different fat thickness and support structures. I separate zones needing volume preservation from those needing tightening, while considering nerve pathways and skin condition.

Safety begins with consultation

Tell your physician about inflammation, sensory changes, implanted devices, possible pregnancy, medications, and underlying disease. Temporary redness or warmth may occur. I explain both realistic benefits and limitations before deciding on treatment.
