An interpreter on staff answers whether a language barrier exists.

At our Gangnam location, Japanese-, Chinese-, and English-speaking staff are on site.
What to Confirm Before You Book
Two questions cover most of what matters, and none of them require you to know medical terminology:
- Does the interpreter stay through the full consultation — diagnosis, explanation, and consent — or only handle front-desk intake?
- Will aftercare instructions following the procedure be delivered in the same language, by the same interpreter, or does that part revert to a printed handout?
Recovery Without Leaving the Building
For a friend visiting Seoul on a short itinerary, the questions above usually come with a second one: what happens right after the appointment, especially if downtime is involved. UHC hotel guests can choose one complimentary benefit: a 30-minute oxygen chamber session or a vitamin IV drip. If both are used, the vitamin IV drip costs KRW 55,000. If your friend's itinerary includes a stay at the hotel, it's worth asking about this alongside the interpretation questions above, since both affect how the visit is actually structured around a short stay.
