Why One Visitor Returned to UH CELL

A returning visitor said a private treatment space and the results they personally felt were reasons to choose our clinic again. In this UH CELL newsroom story, we share their account from an Instagram Reel, including their requests for Oridia and Sofwave and how they described their skin afterward.

The visitor said they had traveled to Korea more than 20 times. Their account reflects one person’s choices and impressions, not a promise of treatment results.

Why they came back

In the Reel, the visitor described their previous visit positively. They highlighted being able to receive treatment in a private space and feeling that the earlier treatment had made a difference.

They also mentioned an environment they felt was clean and washbasins in each room as reasons for recommending the clinic. These were the visitor’s impressions of the spaces they used, rather than a description of the layout or facilities throughout our clinic.

The two treatments they requested

The visitor said they requested Oridia and Sofwave on this visit.

In their explanation, they described Oridia as a treatment intended to stimulate collagen production within the skin to improve firmness and elasticity. They described Sofwave as tightening from the skin’s shallower layers to improve elasticity without hollowing the cheeks. These are the visitor’s descriptions, not medical assurances of those benefits or of protection against cheek hollowing.

During footage of the Sofwave treatment, the visitor described the sensation as reasonably tolerable. That does not mean it was free of discomfort, and it reflects their own experience rather than what everyone should expect.

What they described about two weeks later

About two weeks after treatment, the visitor reported a feeling of tighter, firmer skin and a noticeable glow.

This was a personal impression following a visit in which they requested two treatments. It does not establish which treatment contributed to the changes they felt, prove the effectiveness of either treatment, or predict that someone else will notice the same changes at the same point.
