In the US market, RealSelf compiled reviews from 727 members and reports an average Ultherapy cost of about $2,639, with a reported range of $1,000 to $5,000. AestheticMedGuide, an aesthetic-medicine information outlet, put together 2026 pricing for combined full-face-and-neck treatment at $2,300 to $5,500. Both figures are built around "treatment area" as the unit.

In Seoul, the same device is frequently priced by the number of shots delivered rather than by area alone. A 300-shot quote and a flat full-face quote are not describing the same amount of treatment. Before comparing two numbers, put them on the same shot-count basis first.

What Changed With VAT in 2026

Medical services performed for cosmetic purposes carry value-added tax in Korea. Korea's Ministry of Health and Welfare has stated that, unlike standard medical care, cosmetic procedures are taxable under Article 35, Item 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Value-Added Tax Act. A special provision under Article 107-3 of the Restriction of Special Taxation Act had let foreign patients claim a refund on that VAT; introduced in 2016, it was extended six times, then ended for supplies made through December 31, 2025, under the 2025 tax reform proposal from the Ministry of Economy and Finance, as reported by Metro Seoul in 2025.

That means a 2026 quote's bottom line now depends on whether the listed price already includes VAT or states it separately, since the difference runs to the standard 10% VAT rate. Confirm which one you're looking at during consultation before you compare it to anything else.
