A practical guide to Esroban, Cebitabi, Noscarna, Melatoning Cream and medical-device moisturizers.

For people researching Korea travel, Korean dermatology and Gangnam skin clinics, pharmacy acne products are a common question. The video introduces four over-the-counter options often discussed for acne, marks and pigmentation: Esroban, Cebitabi, Noscarna and Melatoning Cream. The key is not the brand name alone, but the ingredient and the skin condition being treated.

Esroban and Cebitabi fit different stages

Esroban contains mupirocin, an antibiotic ingredient used for bacterial skin problems. It may be applied in small amounts to localized red, pus-forming lesions or folliculitis-like areas. Cebitabi is centered on vitamin B3, or niacinamide, and is discussed for anti-inflammatory support, brightening and prevention of post-acne discoloration. Sensitive or weakened skin barriers may feel irritation, so patch-style use is safer.

Noscarna and Melatoning focus on marks and pigmentation

Noscarna is known for scar and post-acne mark care, with ingredients such as heparin sodium, allantoin and dexpanthenol. It should be understood as support for post-inflammatory texture and marks, not an instant solution for depressed scars. Melatoning Cream contains hydroquinone and may be used for post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, but irritation is possible and thin localized application is important.

Pharmacy ointments and MD creams serve different goals

Pharmacy ointments are usually small in volume and relatively concentrated, making them better suited for localized concerns. Applying them broadly over the entire face may cause irritation or dryness. Medical-device, or MD, lotions and creams used in clinics are more focused on skin-barrier protection and hydration for wider areas such as the face, neck and hands.

Acne medication and pigmentation products may not suit every skin type. If redness, stinging or inflammation continues, use should be stopped and medical advice should be sought. Pharmacy products are supportive tools, not universal solutions.
