Booking From Abroad: What to Send First for Seoul

| Input:

Booking a Seoul dermatology visit from abroad works best when your first message includes dates, treatment interest, history, allergies, and your travel dates, so consultation and recovery fit your short stay.

Booking a visit to our Gangnam clinic from abroad is simple through KakaoTalk, LINE, or WeChat, ideally two to three days before you arrive. What actually determines whether your consultation and recovery fit inside a short trip is what you put in that first message: your dates, your treatment interest, your history, your allergies, and your travel schedule.

Booking From Abroad: What to Send First for Seoul

Hello, I'm Dr. Kim Yeonjin, director of UH CELL Clinic's Gangnam branch. For patients visiting from overseas, the booking step itself is rarely the hard part. What matters more is giving us enough information upfront that we can actually plan a consultation and a recovery window that fit the days you have in Seoul.

Which channel to use, and when to send it

Our Gangnam branch takes consultation requests through KakaoTalk, LINE, and WeChat, and WhatsApp is also listed as a contact option on our English-language site. I recommend sending your message at least two to three days before your intended visit date, so we have time to confirm availability and ask any follow-up questions before you land. If you need a same-day appointment, message us through the same channels and we'll let you know what time slots are open.

Our Gangnam location keeps interpreting staff on hand for Japanese, Chinese, and English. If you need one of these languages during your visit, mention it when you message us so we can prepare for it.

Five details worth including in your first message

A short first message with the right details lets us check, before you arrive, whether a treatment needs downtime and whether that fits your trip. I'd send:

  • Your name, along with your preferred visit date and time window
  • The treatment or concern you're interested in
  • Any treatments you've had recently, and when
  • Allergies and medications you're currently taking
  • Your arrival and departure dates, and where you're staying

It also helps to ask about expected cost before you arrive, rather than leaving pricing questions for the day of your visit.

Recovery inside the hotel where you're staying

Our Gangnam branch sits on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the UH FLAT SIGNATURE Gangnam hotel building. If you're staying at this hotel, you can go straight from your appointment to your room in the same building to rest afterward.

If you'd like to verify a clinic's registration status for international patients before you commit to a visit, our article on How to Verify a Seoul Clinic's Credentials Through Official Records walks through how to check that through official channels.

Skin response and recovery time vary from person to person. For a diagnosis and treatment plan suited to you, please discuss specifics with us during your consultation.
