If you want a private-room treatment in Gangnam, it helps to settle two things at once: whether the treatment room itself is a fully separate space, and where you'll spend the hours right before and after it. At UH CELL Clinic's Gangnam branch, the clinic sits on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the UH FLAT SIGNATURE Gangnam hotel, and treatments can be carried out in a private room.

I'm Dr. Kim Yeonjin, director of UH CELL Clinic's Gangnam branch.
A Private Room Only Covers Part of the Day
A private room means you don't share the treatment space with another patient during your session. But for patients visiting from abroad, the day doesn't end when the treatment does. There's also the time spent getting from your accommodation to the clinic, and the time you need to rest right afterward. That's why, when you're checking whether a clinic offers a private room, I'd also recommend deciding where you'll be staying at the same time. I've written separately about the full route, from arrival to rest, in Celebrity-Level Privacy: Start With the Route When Choosing a Gangnam Skin Clinic.
Staying Inside the Same Building as the Clinic
Our Gangnam branch is located inside UH FLAT SIGNATURE Gangnam (WD Building, 2nd–3rd floor, Teheran-ro 8-gil 13), a hotel that belongs to the same UHC hotel group. It isn't a clinic in a separate building that happens to have a partnership with a hotel nearby; it operates as an on-site facility within the hotel itself. If you stay at this hotel, your room and the treatment space are in the same building, so after treatment you can return directly to your room to rest instead of traveling to another building.
Recovery Care for UHC Hotel Guests
Guests staying at a UHC hotel can choose one complimentary recovery option: a 30-minute session in an oxygen chamber, or a vitamin IV drip. If you'd like to use both, the vitamin IV is available for an additional 55,000 KRW. Full terms are listed on our official promotion page.
Consultation Language and Treatment Design
Our Gangnam branch has interpretation staff on-site who can support consultations in Japanese, Chinese, and English. Treatments here aren't offered as a fixed package; they're designed after assessing each patient's individual skin condition. For context on my own background: I completed graduate studies at Seoul National University and trained at Seoul National University Hospital, and I currently serve as Allergan faculty and as a Key Doctor for Potenza and Ultracel Z.
What to Sort Out Before You Book
Your length of stay and departure date
Where you'll rest after treatment, and whether that's a UHC hotel
The language you'd like to use for your consultation
Skin response and recovery time vary from person to person, so it's worth building some flexibility into your schedule around these points rather than planning down to the hour.
