Plan around recovery before departure

According to Merz Aesthetics' official US website, patients can return to their usual activities immediately after Ultherapy PRIME, following their treatment provider's instructions. That makes the ultrasound lifting treatment an option to discuss for a short visit, but returning to normal activities is not the same as guaranteeing that all visible reactions have settled.

For a weekend itinerary, I would focus on the time available before departure. If a procedure may leave marks or redness for several days, its suitability needs to be considered in consultation against your return flight and the number of days remaining.

Expect results after the trip, not before it

In the same guidance, Merz Aesthetics explains that some lifting may be noticeable immediately after treatment, while final results develop over 2-3 months as new collagen and elastin are produced. The manufacturer also notes that results vary between individuals.

I therefore recommend separating two expectations: how you may look and feel when you leave Seoul, and how the treatment result may develop after you return home. A short stay should not be planned around seeing a final change before departure, nor should recovery be assumed to be complete simply because the trip is ending.
