That change matters if you built your budget around the old refund math. Even with it gone, procedures at Korean clinics still tend to price below equivalent treatments in the United States or the United Kingdom. The bigger practical shift is that getting a clear, written quote before you commit now matters more than it used to, because there is no refund step afterward to correct a rough estimate. The real variable is what happens in the 48 hours after treatment

For a patient staying two to seven days, the procedure itself is rarely the hard part.
